Information om renovering av ventilationen
Stiftelse har beslutat att se över ventilationen i hus 2 och 3 (Beckombergavägen 5-11) och göra vissa förbättringar. Arbetet kommer i huvudsak vara på taket. Vi behöver i flera omgångar även tillträde till er lägenhet. Separat avisering kommer när det är dags för din lägenhet.
Arbetet startar på måndag den 11 mars med att det byggs en ställning med vädertak uppe på taket på respektive hus. Under vädertaket kommer taket rivas och ny kanaldragning för ventilationen installeras.
I lägenheterna kommer ventilationsdon på tilluften bytas ut. Det kommer senare ske injustering och en ny OVK-besiktning. (Obligatorisk ventilations kontroll.) Separat avisering kommer när det är dags för din lägenhet.
Under perioder kommer ventilationen att vara bristfällig och då framför allt tilluften. Frånluften berörs i mindre utsträckning och kommer i stort sett vara i drift under hela perioden.
Information regarding renovation of the ventilation
The foundation has decided to review the ventilation in buildings 2 and 3 (Beckombergavägen 5-11) and make certain improvements. The work will mainly be on the roof. We also need access to your apartment in several installments. Separate notification will come when it is time for your apartment.
The work starts on Monday, March 11, with the construction of a scaffold with a weatherproof roof on top of the roof of each house. Under the weather roof, the roof will be demolished and new ducting for the ventilation will be installed.
In the apartments, the supply air ventilation devices will be replaced. There will later be an adjustment and a new OVK inspection. (Mandatory ventilation check.) Separate notification will come when it is time for your apartment.
During periods, the ventilation will be deficient, and above all the supply air. The exhaust air is affected to a lesser extent and will largely be in operation throughout the period.
