Information for residents about renovation of roofs and facades
Interoc Fasad AB has been procured by the Stiftelsen Nykterhetsvännernas Studenthem i Stockholm to carry out the external renovation of the dorm. Work will begin in early August with building 4, Beckombergavägen 13, which is expected to be completed in early 2022.
Other buildings will be renovated during 2022-2023. The work to be carried out is the following:
• Construction of scaffolding and demolition of the façade.
• New facingplaster on the façade
• Window replacement
• New roof and renovation of the stairwell that is extended up to the roof
• Replacement of ventilation agg.
INFORMATION
Ongoing information about the construction will be set up in the stairwells every 14 days or if
necessary. In case of window replacement, we will inform at least 5 days in advance.
CONSTRUCTION SITE
While the work is going on, it will be a bit messy with waste containers, tool containers etc. Around the house. There will also be trucks and machines. It is absolutely forbidden to be in the fenced area . Everyone who works at the workplace will carry a valid ID so-called id-06.
WORKING HOURS
Working hours are between 07:00 and 17:00 . Noisy works 08.00-17.00.
